Posted by Philothea` @ Monday, October 29, 2007 | I chose to go home right after work today. A lot of things to be settled and I can't believe I'm flying off this weekend. I guess I'm just not prepared...imagine the mad rush this week. e.g. packing my luggage a few hours before my flight. Going away next week means I've to be double efficient this week to cover up for next week.
I've decided to step back and re-look into my life before I leap from one project to another. Anyway, it's a rather unusual evening where I just settled for instant noodles and watched HEROES, only episode 1 of season 2. Yes, finally! And I stopped myself from watching the next episode so I can complete what really needs to be done and just blog one post to share my CHEAP THRILL for the day:
Trick N TrEATs! beats Little Coach
This poll is on the Kids Central website. I only voted once just to view the results. Haha. Little Coach is another kids programme, which is shown right after Trick N TrEATs and it's less interesting, of course. I'm not being bias, really.
While Episode 3 will be aired this Sat, we're actually still editing Episode 4 now. Hoho. Ep 4 is giving me headaches. And I'm haven't finish the animation bit of the Pinatas history gfx. Ahhhh...it's gonna be ugly cos I'm not very good at it. Aye. Unless...erm...any kind soul wanna help? I did the graphics already, just to animate them in AE. I don't have much time to do it myself. Well, if you help, your name will appear in the credits even though I know no one even reads them except for the crew themselves.

I shall make it an exception tonight and indulge myself once again in this little space...perhaps, the ardent love for this change in life will surface in retrospect and some will probably identify this as the contemplative pathway...it's time for a reflection...a long entry? Maybe not.

Yes, of course. It has been a bittersweet 2 months, fun and challenge to be working as an AD for Trick N TrEATs. Honestly, I wasn't too clear about my responsibilities, cos occasionally, I've to double up as writer/AP/make up artist/PA...it's confusing and frustrating sometimes. But, so far, it has been a great journey! I've certainly learnt alot and tasted even much more - I've never eaten so much free food in my entire life! I have never tried so many cuisines and meals...visiting restaurants after restaurants, chef after chef and encountering so many people...it's thrilling despite the exhaustion! B'cos I'm never good with words, I shall let the following photos save my inadequacy:
I'm too sleepy to upload the photos properly now...by the way, the 1st episode of Trick N TrEATs was aired on kidscentral, 1pm today! 12 more episodes to go! It's showing every Sat, 1pm till Jan (watch it)! =pGosh, it's 3:05AM already! zzz!

Just a quick post before I fall asleep!
This is a special day; cos it's one of those RARE days where I find myself to be available after work and I actually took the initiative to date my good old friends, especially those that are very hard to catch! Hoho. It was just a very simple evening of dinner and shopping in town. I find myself introducing everyone to the OMU rice at taka basement, simply b'cos I think it rocks! (No, I'm don't earn any commission out of it. Haha) With that little time we had, I'm still glad for the chance to listen to their familiar voices and new stories...
Olivine and Sally are very dear to me...I can't imagine going through sec sch without them! They used to be always there for me and I can only think of nothing but sweet memories. And I hope to catch up with more IJ darlings, especially those I haven't met for eons! :/I'm thankful for the gift of friendship (:
There's ALOT more to blog, it has been such an eventful month. Oh wells, I shall save them for another day. It's gonna hit 1AM and I'll be back at dreamland...
